LogMyGPS — Politique de confidentialité

La présente politique décrit comment LogMyGPS traite vos données.
LogMyGPS est une application mobile hors ligne (standalone) : elle
n’exige aucun compte utilisateur et ne transfère pas vos données vers un serveur.

Résumé (Data Safety)

  • Données collectées : position GPS (précise), éventuellement en arrière-plan si vous l’activez.
  • Traitement : utilisation sur l’appareil pour générer des fichiers .gpx, .kml, .csv et .tcx.
  • Stockage : local, sur votre appareil. Aucun envoi à des tiers.
  • Partage : aucun partage de données.
  • Achats : un achat unique « Pro » via Google Play (pas d’abonnement).
  • Analytique/Ads : aucun outil d’analyse, aucune publicité.

1. Finalités et base légale (RGPD)

Nous traitons la localisation pour fournir la fonctionnalité essentielle : enregistrer votre trajet et produire un fichier d’export (GPX, KML, CSV, TCX). La base légale (art. 6.1 RGPD) est l’exécution du contrat (fourniture des fonctionnalités demandées). Le traitement en arrière-plan est fondé sur votre consentement explicite (activation volontaire dans l’app et autorisations Android).

2. Localisation et enregistrement en arrière-plan

Transparence : si vous activez l’enregistrement en arrière-plan, LogMyGPS continuera de collecter la position même lorsque l’app est minimisée. Une notification permanente Android s’affiche pendant la collecte.
  • Vous pouvez activer/désactiver cette option à tout moment dans les réglages de l’app.
  • Vous pouvez retirer les autorisations Android (Paramètres > Applications > LogMyGPS > Autorisations).
  • Si l’arrière-plan est désactivé, l’app n’enregistre que lorsque vous l’utilisez au premier plan.

3. Stockage local et export GPX / KML / CSV / TCX

Vos points GPS sont écrits en temps réel dans un fichier d’export (.gpx, .kml, .csv ou .tcx) stocké localement sur votre appareil (dossier configurable). Vous pouvez supprimer ces fichiers à tout moment ou les exporter/partager selon vos besoins. Aucun transfert automatique vers un serveur n’est effectué par l’app.

4. Achat unique « Pro » (Google Play)

  • Le déblocage des fonctionnalités « Pro » se fait via un achat unique non-consommable sur Google Play (pas d’abonnement).
  • L’achat est lié à votre compte Google et peut être restauré en réinstallant l’app (menu « Restaurer l’achat »).
  • Le paiement est traité par Google. Pour toute question de facturation ou de remboursement, utilisez le support Google Play.
  • Nous ne recevons pas vos informations bancaires ni d’identifiants personnels.

5. Vos droits (UE/EEE)

Vous disposez des droits d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, de limitation, d’opposition et de portabilité, dans les limites du RGPD. Étant donné que LogMyGPS ne centralise aucune donnée serveur, ces droits s’exercent localement (ex. : supprimer vos fichiers d’export). Pour toute demande, contactez : logmygps@d6tm.fr.

6. Sécurité

L’écriture locale évite la circulation de vos données sur Internet. Protégez néanmoins l’accès à votre appareil et chiffrez vos sauvegardes si nécessaire.

7. Mineurs

L’app ne cible pas spécifiquement les enfants et ne collecte pas de données personnelles en ligne auprès d’eux.

8. Modifications

Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique pour des raisons légales ou techniques. La date « Dernière mise à jour » sera ajustée. En cas de changement substantiel (ex. ajout d’analytics), une information claire sera fournie dans l’app.

1. Purposes & Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process location data to provide the core feature: record your route and generate export files (GPX, KML, CSV, TCX). The legal basis (Art. 6(1) GDPR) is performance of a contract. Background processing is based on your explicit consent (you enable it in-app and grant Android permissions).

2. Location & Background Recording

Transparency: if you enable background recording, LogMyGPS will continue to collect location even when minimized. Android shows a persistent notification while recording.
  • You can enable/disable background recording anytime in the app settings.
  • You may revoke permissions in Android Settings (Apps → LogMyGPS → Permissions).
  • If background is off, the app records only in the foreground.

3. Local Storage & GPX / KML / CSV / TCX export

Your GPS points are written in real time to an export file (.gpx, .kml, .csv, or .tcx) stored locally on your device (configurable folder). You can delete or share these files at any time. The app makes no automatic uploads.

4. One-time “Pro” Purchase (Google Play)

  • Pro features are unlocked through a one-time, non-consumable purchase on Google Play (no subscription).
  • The purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored after reinstalling the app (“Restore purchase”).
  • Payments are processed by Google. For billing/refund questions, please contact Google Play support.
  • We never receive your card or personal payment details.

5. Your Rights (EU/EEA)

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as applicable under GDPR. Since LogMyGPS keeps no server data, these rights are mostly exercised locally (e.g., delete your export files). For requests, contact: logmygps@d6tm.fr.

6. Security

Local storage prevents your data from travelling over the Internet. You should protect physical access to your device and encrypt backups if needed.

7. Children

The app is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy for legal or technical reasons. The “Last updated” date will change. If material changes occur (e.g., analytics added), we will provide clear in-app notice.
